The Internet

Before you attempt to integrate technology into your classroom, you must first be familiar with the aspects of it.

The first aspect that i will like to discuss is the introduction to internet. 

Internet Technology.

Internet technology is the ability of the Internet to transmit information and data through different servers and systems. Internet technology is important in many different industries because it allows people to communicate with each other through means that were not necessarily available.

Some words that you may come into contact with as you use this tool are as follows:

1. Browsers: A browser, short for web browser, is the software application  that you're using right now to search for, reach and explore websites. 

2. History: In computing, the web browsing history refers to the list of web pages a user has visited recently and associated data such as page title and time of visit , books which is recorded by web browser software as standard for a certain period of time.

3. Search Engines: is a program that searches for and identifies items in a database that correspond to keywords or characters specified by the user, used especially for finding particular sites on the World Wide Web.

4. URLs: URL stands for Uniform Resource Locator, and is used to specify addresses on the World Wide Web. A URL is the fundamental network identification for any resource connected to the web (e.g., hypertext pages, images, and sound files).

5. Bookmarking: In the context of the World Wide Web, a bookmark is a Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) that is stored for later retrieval in any of various storage formats.
